2. Independent travel service
FlyReserveHub is presented as an independent travel reservation service, not an airline. Airline transportation is provided by the applicable airline under its own contract of carriage and policies.
3. Traveler responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing traveler names, dates, routing, travel documents, passport/visa requirements, health or entry requirements, baggage rules, and all material itinerary details before authorizing a purchase.
4. Fares and availability
Fares, schedules, seats, and inventory may change until ticketing is completed. No fare shown or discussed should be represented as guaranteed before confirmation.
5. Charges and service fees
The total amount, including any disclosed agency service fee and supplier charges known at the time, should be presented before authorization. See our Service Fees and Fare Disclosure pages.
6. Changes, cancellations, and refunds
Airline penalties, fare differences, nonrefundable amounts, processing times, and agency service fees may apply. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
7. No guarantee of supplier performance
Airline delays, cancellations, schedule changes, baggage issues, travel-document requirements, and other supplier actions are outside the direct control of an independent travel agency.
8. Acceptable website use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
9. Intellectual property
Original website content and branding belong to their respective owners. Airline names and trademarks, when referenced, remain the property of the airlines and do not imply affiliation.
10. Limitation language
