Airline and fare rules control eligibility
Whether a booking may be canceled, changed, credited, or refunded depends on the applicable airline rules and the fare conditions of the ticket purchased.
Nonrefundable and restricted tickets
Some fares may be nonrefundable, partially refundable, or eligible only for travel credit subject to restrictions. Other fares may allow changes with penalties and/or fare differences.
Agency service fees
Separate agency service fees may apply to booking, change, cancellation, refund-support, or other services if disclosed and authorized. Publish actual fee amounts on the Service Fees page before launch.
Supplier processing times
Approved refunds may be processed by airlines, payment processors, or other suppliers. Timing can vary and may be outside the agency's direct control.
How to request assistance
Call (888) 667-7285 with the traveler name, travel date, airline, and booking reference. Do not assume cancellation has occurred until you receive confirmation.
